Fred will be buying a book and having a drink or two at the Slipper Room at 167 Orchard St. on the Lower East Side. The occasion is my girl Nolly's 1st book signing ever for her 1st book ever, "Dr Sketchy's Rainy Day Colouring Book". There will be performances and hi-jinx afoot. The World Famous Bob will be hosting, The Two Man Gentleman Band will be performing a few songs, plus a bunch of other great burlesque acts!

Fred will have a piece in the Society of Illustrators auction to raise money for the student scholarship fund. His work will appear with other top illustrators such as, Peter DeSeve, Dan Adel, John Cuneo, Joe Chiardello, Dennis Dittrich, Bill Gallo, Donato Giancola, Tim O'Brien, Kadir Nelson, Roberto Parada, C. F. Payne, Alex Ross, Ted Lewin, Betsy Lewin, Doreen Minuto, Marshal Arisman, Tom Fluharty and many others. You can preview the art online or at the Society Nov. 28th - Dec. 4th. The actual auction begins at 6pm, Monday, Dec. 4th.

I'll be at the Big Apple Comic Con. I'll be in artist's alley or whatever it's called. My friend Mark Texeira put me on the list. I'm just testing the waters, maybe do some sketches for fans. Fans of characters not fans of me!

Fred's newest adventures in Blogging WITH IMAGES! just launched this month.

Two of Fred's pencil studies for future paintings will be appearing at Perihelion's group show this month. That's in Phoenix and just a little too much of a walk for Fred from New York City. Maybe if he can get his astral projection out of body thing going he'll be there... well there or looking in on the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders' showers! Well where would YOU go!?!
