I thought about saying yes even though I don’t know how to tattoo, have a tattoo gun, or the time to do anything extra before Feb 29th! Maybe I can do painless tattoos, in water color. Care instructions, never wash, do not perspire, rub, scratch,  or apply sandpaper. DEFINITELY NO TOPICAL ACIDS! and it will probably last a few hours.

And who has a party where everyone gets the same tattoo? If you bring a plus one, that is a commitment!
